We are committed to reducing barriers for mental health care, and currently accept the following forms of insurance:

Please bear with us as we negotiate contracts with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield CT. For the time being, we are not accepting new Anthem clients.

Co-pays are expected at the time of service and we accept cash, checks or credit cards.

Current rates:

Initial assessment, 1-1.5 hour consultation: $250

Established client, 1 hour: $200

Rates may be adjusted by insurance, or at our discretion for cash pay clients.
